What Misspriced collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: 20 August 2026 · Applies to misspriced.com
Misspriced (“we”, “us”) is a financial-media publication operated by Highgraph Marketing LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you visit misspriced.com or subscribe to our daily brief, and what we do with it.
Highgraph Marketing LLCInformation you give us. Your email address and first name when you subscribe. Anything else you choose to put in a message to us.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Our email provider records whether a message was opened and which links were clicked.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or details of your personal holdings.
Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on: consent for marketing email (withdrawable at any time); legitimate interests for site security, analytics, and improving our journalism; and legal obligation where we must retain records.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
We share personal information only with:
We do not sell your email address to data brokers, and we do not rent our subscriber list.
We carry advertising, including from financial-services companies. Advertising partners may set their own cookies and collect usage data through their tags to measure and target ads. That collection is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Under some privacy laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money changes hands for the data itself. You may opt out — see sections 10 and 11.
Subscriber records are kept while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe, so we can honour suppression requests. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form. Records we must keep by law are kept for the required period.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to subscriber data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to your local law, you may ask us to: access the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive it in a portable format; or withdraw consent. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Write to support@misspriced.com and say what you want. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, why, and who we disclose it to; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. To opt out, email us with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the subject line. You may use an authorised agent.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the rights in section 10 and the right to complain to your supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK. We would rather hear from you first so we can put things right.
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located there or elsewhere. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be flagged in the brief. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
